With the rapid development of modern high-speed cutting technology, people havehigh demand on the machining accuracy, so the impact of the chuck on tool clampingbecome one of the main factors that affect the machining accuracy.Whether the clampof the hilt can be sustained long-term become an extremely important problem. Thisstudy is developed around the above problems. This paper is mainly directed against the elastic collet chuck tool system, thermalexpansion tool system and hydraulic expanding chuck tool system and also high speedmilling spindle clamping system,In high speed milling conditions on deformation toresearch, its purpose is to have a better understanding and correct use in the deformationof high speed cutting tool system. In the first chapter it briefly introduces the development and structure of thehigh-speed tool and toolholder technology. In the second chapter it discusses thehigh-speed cutting tool system work process and deformation state. In the secondchapter it discusses the work process and deformation state of the high-speed cuttingtool system. The focus of this paper is the following chapters, the third chapter is modeling thetoolholder/spindle finite element,Model calculating and it’s simplifying then use finiteelement analysis software ANSYS to do some static analysis the fail of spindle/toolholder connection. The fourth chapter is studying the limiting clamping state under the specificstructure of three kinds of high speed cutting tool system and use finite element methodto study the deformation at10000r/min,20000r/min,30000r/min,40000r/min and50000r/min four high speed. The fifth chapter is analyzing and comparing the deformation results in the fourhigh speed state then give the effective contact length and deformation distribution law. Finally the results of my research conclusion is given.
