Study On The Legislation Of Municipal Domestic Waste Disposal In China

In several years, with the rapid development of economy, the process of urbanization develops more and more quickly. High standard of living and consumption lead to generate lots of municipal domestic waste, it is an important social problem that relates to our life, and brings tremendous pressure on the government. If municipal domestic waste can not be drawn attention of the citizens, and dealt with correct ways, it will not only lead to a great waste of resources, but also cause a serious danger to the environment. So, our country has taken some a number of measures in legislation, and the legislation system of municipal domestic waste disposal in China has substantially formed, and the legislation system is relatively perfect, the legislation system is consisted of the Constitution、other relevant laws、regulations and forms a whole. However, facing the serious crisis of increasing municipal domestic waste, there is slightly insufficient about legislation, we can learn from the successful experience of foreign countries, and think how to turn waste into wealth under the laws in our country.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part aims to introduce the overview about municipal domestic waste in China, including the definition of the municipal domestic waste, its characteristic and harmfulness, processing methods.The second part discusses in detail the legislative status of municipal domestic waste disposal in China.The third part comes up with some problems about the legislative status of municipal domestic waste disposal and content of the legal system.The fourth part describes the foreign legislation of municipal domestic waste disposal. Listing legal system about municipal domestic waste disposal in Japan and Germany, and learn from the successful experience of them..The fifth part gives some suggestions to improve the legislation of municipal domestic waste disposal in China.
