Rotary closed-loop drilling technology is one of the most advanced drilling technology in the world,some foreign companies have get it,but,for their monopoly,all of them just use their tools for technical service and don't sale them. After 80',mang oil fields of our country became production tail one by one,the condition of oil field development and the competitive power from foreign companies force us to get this technology as quickly as possible.Based on the full research of rotary steerable drilling technology in the world, referring to their distinguishing feature and advantage,we get the total design of our rotary steerable motor ,including rotary steerable head,mud motor and carton shaft,the intensity calibration of key parts,test solenoid valve,relief valve,pump and short hoop at the surface,design the tools to test the motor at the surface .And,based on the distinguishing feature of Push-the-Bit rotary steerable drilling technology ,set up the mechanical model of rotary steerable drilling system bottom hole assembly (BHA),fetch differential equation of deflection statics about BHA,analyse the mechanical behavior of BHA,get the best design of BHA and the algorithm to forecast the wellborn trajectory.By this preliminary study , the technological foundation was set up for studying deeply on this technology and its application.
