In the petrol industry, the underground lfow information has great significance in oilfieldrational exploitation, erservoir optimize management and formulation and adjustment ofmining plan,etc. There arc so many measuirng equipments for multiphase lfow, however,there is almost no instrument using in oil, gas and water three-phase lfow measurement in theunderground. The dual-energy X-ray method is used in measuirng phase fraction of oil,gasand water three-phase flow in this paper, which is to develop phase fraction measuring systemused in the underground.Measuirng the phase fraction of oil, gas and water by dual-energy X-ray method in thispaper, we combine the interaction law between rays and matters with the common types ofX-ray tube. Choose the Mo target fluorescent tubes of characteirstic spectrum for17.44Kcvand W target lfuorescent tubes for58.87keV to complete the development of (he measurementsystem. The main research work is conccntrated in X-ray occurring and probing systemhardware circuit. The X-ray occurirng system hardware circuit mainly includes PWM pulsewidth modulation dirve circuit, single-ended lfy-back converting circuit, step-up transformer,double voltage rectiifer circuit, and iflament constant current power supply circuit of X-raytube. The X-ray probing system hardware circuit mainly includes power supply circuit ofdetector, the middle-front analog signal processing circuit of multi-channel analyzer, thepeak-holding circuit, the cross-peak detection circuit and the DSP peirpheral circuit.At last, test the measuirng system in the indoor test platform, the results show that theabsolute error of every phase is small, Meet the requirements of the actual measurement.
