In this thesis, water-resistanet finish technology on nylon hook and loop fastener is made by fluorine-contained finish agent, mainly contains the study of strength of ordinary hook and loop fastener, the influence factors on the finishing performence, the orthogonality optimization experiment, and the fatigue resistance, moisture drying rate, stain resistance and oil repellent of the finished hook and loop fastener are also tested and evaluated.Through studying the strength of ordinary hook and loop fastener, it is seen that both shear strength and peel strength are influenced by material, hook diameter, detachment strength of sigal hook, hook density per width, hooking percentage and the using circumstance, most of them are closely related to the production technology of hook and loop fastener. Because of the poor water resistance of PA, the strength of ordinary hook and loop fastener is very low in water, it will decrease50%after3hours in water. And the soften and chang of hook plays a more important role.The influence factors on the finishing performence of agent AGE081are the concentration of AGE081, dipping time, baking temperature and baking time, the finishing effect greatly improves when melamine joins as strengthening agent. The concentration of AGE082, dipping time, crosslinking agent, concentration of melamine, baking temperature and baking time influence the finishing performence of agent AGE082. Along with the changes of these factors, the wet strengh of finished hook and loop fasterner increase and the change rule shows little difference; Because of the shape change of hook in baking, the strength in ordinary using circumstance drops. The finishing performence of agent AGE081is much more better than The finishing performence of agent AGE082.The orthogonality optimization experiment is used to optimize finishing conditions, and the result shows that the optimum finishing process is as follows as:finishing agent AGE08150g/L, crosslinking agent3g/L, pre-drying at80℃for3min, curing at160℃for1min, which can improve shear strength and peel strength of hook and loop fastener in water obviously. And among the factors, the concentration of AGE082has the greatest effect on the finishing performence, next is the baking time and tempreture, the last is the concentration of melamine.Through water-resistant finishing, the fatigue resistance, moisture drying rate, stain resistance and oil repellent of the finished hook and loop fastener also improve. The shear strength and peel strength of finished hook and loop fastener in water decrease more slowly than the unfinished, which means the finishing process has a remarkable effects of enhancing tolerance on antifatigue; The finished loop release humidity and dry faster than the unfinished, the finished hook releases humidity and dries faster than the unfinished at first, and then shows no difference as time goes on; The stain resistance of hook is mostly superior than the loop fastener, after finishing, both their stain resistance grade raise; The grade of test AATCC118-2007of loop surface is5.5, which means the surface energy is between23.5and24.7×10-3N·m-1...
