As the product of intense competition, shorten the product development cycle, the increasingly complex shape parts, machine tool path generation process is generally not considered the specific structure of the machine tool and the workpiece clamping, or with the parts of the CAD graphics, take the coordinate point inspection procedures, and then test processing on CNC machine tools to verify the accuracy of the program development cycle will be seriously lagging behind, and the development of risk will increase.Taken before the actual machining simulation method of processing procedures to ensure the correctness of the NC program verification and correction.With computer-aided design and manufacturing software-CATIA3D environment tooling trajectory simulation, and verify the correctness of the tool path before postprocessing.CNC machine tools can be identified through post-processing, generate code, issued under the program, before starting the real manufacturing, with of VERICUT CNC machining simulation software for the NC program simulation, to simulate the real processing environment, there may be problems in the detection process.Through the application of simulation technology in the processing of complex parts, eliminate, damage due to a procedural error led to cuts workpiece fixtures, broken tool or collision machine; reduce scrap and repeatedly debugger; significantly improve the processing efficiency, improve processing quality and shorten the development cycle has important significance to the development of modern manufacturing.
