Simulation technology has been widely promoted and used in the national economy and national defense science and technology, especially in the weapons and the large equipment manufacturing industry, which can save costs and shorten the development cycle of new products. It can reproduce complex environment in the development process and construct the simulation operation of complex products & applying and training, and it has become a necessary means of developing new products.Powerful CNC simulation and analysis software, combined with VERICUT and CAD/CAM PRO/E were applied in this paper. After the simulation of the complex mechanical system cylinder engine, one of the typical parts Crankshaft Die was machined.The Thesis is divided into the following sections:First:cylinder engine as the research object, By create a three-dimensional solid model cylinder engine to achieve the motive simulation in the PRO/E system, While in the process of in-motion simulation checking whether there is interference between parts to ensure the accuracy of part design.Second:The Pro/MOL DESIGN module of PRO/E was used to design a typical crankshaft die with the reference model. The PRO/E was used to machine the complex crankshaft die while a tool path could be gotten.Third:Three-axis vertical milling machine of DM2418C was created with VERICUE and PRO/E software. With the powerful simulation function of the VERICUT, verify the correctness of NC program and optimize the tool path, which realize complete simulation process. The result indicated that constructing complex dynamic simulation. Numerical control machining simulation was an effective way with VERICUT and PRO/E. The complete simulation from design to machining was approached.
