When the main mission of the petroleum is changed by lighting into power, petroleumindustry will soon become a new type of industrial departments, and mechanical drillingtechnology also is made. In order to effectively drive the bottom rotation of the drill bitrock breaking, based on the ground drive technology, people come up with downholedriving technology, the tool of underground power drilling is machinery equipment that isused to reach the downhole driving purpose. The screw motor composed by screw drillpower, it has two components, namely the rotor and stator, and the work performance ofscrew motor is decided by the type line of quality of the stator and rotor. In order to meetthe meshing requirement, first of all needing to know mesh vice profile data. In solving theconjugate curve of screw motor, the traditional lines are based on the analytic expressionmethod, But in practical application, there are some weakness from poor precision andparameters that is not convenient, with the development of computer technology, dataprocessing ability and the operation speed is enhanced greatly, the use of processingdiscrete point of numerical analysis method to complete the screw motor type line ofdesign and meshing characteristic analysis put forward higher requirements.Along with the screw type line of development, because of single screw motor in themanufacturing process of stator rubber shrinkage is different, leading to the need to studymatching rotor. By analyzing the current the screw motor type line design method, basedon the fixed rotor movement meshing theory and numerical meshing calculated screw drillknowledge, this paper gives a kind of method that is use of screw stator and rotor end facecontour of discrete data points solving conjugate problem that is numerical vice curve,researching the vice correction method and smooth processing of screw motor conjugate.At the same time, through the examples, based on conjugate curve of the flow area of thealgorithm, this paper calculates the flow area.it provides the basis that is for furtheranalysis screw motor of the meshing characteristic. This method on the computer is realized. The programs are compiled by theapplication of c++language to realize the smooth processing of conjugate curve byinstances, and it has a certain application value and universality in engineering practice.
