The spiral bevel gear NC machine tool fault diagnosis expert system consists of knowledge base, inference engine, a database, human-computerinterface, knowledge acquisition components. According to the fault tree analysis methodthrough the establishment of NC machine tool fault tree layer search inference, basic mayrealize the access of phenomenon of breakdown diagnosis and reasoning to find out thecorresponding fault reason and solving method. |
