The screw compressor is important equipment for the screw extrusion molding process of the double-base powder. The production safety and production efficiency of the double-base powder are decided by the size and the change of the pressure in thescrew extrusion molding process. If the pressure is too little, the product is unqualified because of the double-base powder is an insufficient molding. Conversely, there willbe an accident. The pressure testing system should be designed which realize the collect, storage,transmission,real-time display, analysis and dispose of the pressure signal in the screw extrusion molding process of the double-base powder, in order to improve the production of double-base powder and ensure the safety of the production.The pressure testing system in screw extrusion molding process of theDouble-base powder is designed base on screw compressor, according to characteristicof the pressure in screw extrusion molding process and using the storage testing technology and the optical fiber communication technology in the topic. It is consist of theon-site storage testing system and the remote controlling system. The on-site storagetesting system includes the pressure sensor, the power management circuit, signal modulation circuit, the collection circuit, the storage circuit and the USB interface circuit.It also includes Flash to storage the data which can’t lose the data after the testing. FPGA is the logical controlling chip in the on-site storage testing system, which controls the system logic sequence and the storage of the data. The remote controlling system includes the power management circuit, the logic control circuit, the FIFO buffer circuit and PCI acquisition interface card. CPLD is the logical controlling chip in the remote controlling system, which controls the buffer memory of FIFO and data acquisiti on of PCI. The software on the computer is programmed by LABVIEW, which can be operated easily. Optical fiber communication has characteristics of the width transmission band, high anti-interference and little signal attenuation. Therefore it is used to transfer the data collected by the on-site storage testing system to the remote controlling system to storage and analysis.It can be proved that the system is feasibility and practicality according to allmodules of the system is simulated and the testing system is tested, demarcates and debugged.
