Plasterboard which is used as a new kind of green building material is getting widespread expansion application now. Though gesso wallboard irrigating molding is main method in production of gesso at present,there are many disadvantages,such as high energy consum,more flotsam,difficult to carring out automatism. But continuum extrusion molding can reduce the mete of using water,reduce flotsam,carry out automatism,improve production and ensure the quality. However,there is little research in this field. As a result of the particularity of the material,there is not adult gesso wallboard screw extrusion mechanism.The paper consult the techniques of plastic extrusion molding,and take a facility equipment screw extruding deep 90mm gesso wallboard as antetype, establishes a 3-dimensional model of screw and materiel which using the tool of ANSYS. Through bring original press,we can get undulate curve of exiting press and speed in condition of different press.The numerical simulation was conducted to get the press field ,the velocity field and the density field of the process of extrusion plasterboard. And analyse the infection factor of flux,return flux,mix efficiency,they are screw rotate speed,screw distance,screw-pitch gauge, etc. we obtain their connection curve,and appropriate parameter at gesso wallboard screw extrusion production.Though the examination the connection between press and density, we obtain their connection curve,and choose appropriate extrude press. Though the examination of contradict press, contradict bend, contradict concssion, it checked up the finally product and compare the gesso wallboard screw extrusion product between aforesaid mechanism and ameliorate mechanism;it also validated and analyzed a series of simulating experiment.
