Make dyeing catalyst and modified fiber work together in the dyeing process of reactive dye, to select the best catalyst from different kinds of tertiary amines, and prepared an modifying agent to modify cellulose fiber, work out the best application process of the dyeing catalyst and modifying agent. The structure, the dosage and the the application process of the catalyst were studied. The dosage and the application process of the modifying agent were studied, and its application effect is analyzed and evaluated. The reaserch indicate thatthe tertiary amine compounds have catalytic effect in reactive dyeing, different tertiary amine compound catalytic effect is different. The application mode and dosage of the catalyst has obvious effect on dyeing effect, catalytic dyeing can reduce the use level of salt and soda. Add soda in advance is good for catalyst and levelness. Synthesis of cationic modified urethane fiber modifier on the fabric is better than quaternary ammonium salt type fiber modifier, its dosage has obvious effect on dyeing effect. The main results as the following, Trimethylamine was determined as the best catalyst, By experiment research, The best application process of catalyst is50℃×20min and the best use level is5%(o.m.d); The use level of add soda in advance is3/10relative to the total soda; The agent A-l works best on fiber, its use level is4%(o.m.f); By using these three methods in combination, we reduce the dyeing temperature by10℃, the salt of dyeing is reduced by33%, the soda of dyeing is reduced by35%, besides that, the wet rubbing fastness was improved by0.5grade without making the dyeing levelness worse.
