Vacuum electronic painting is a painting technology which work in certain vacuum environment. Unlike ordinary press common electric painting, vacuum electric painting technology conquer the disadvantages of common electric painting like much dust points, unevenness paint film of the work piece and a waste of oil. Vacuum painting facilities, bake facilities, the structure design of pipe system also have direct affect to work pieces.This dissertation is based in combining learning with research and production item research. By choosing different painting technology and painting parameter may affect the thickness of products oil film, surface shining and percent of pass. The primary coverage and job has done are as follows:First, this dissertation gives a brief description about painting develop process and the environment problem currently, the vacuum painting technology and device develop process currently, it also introduce vacuum electric painting technology character, the meaning of doing research and development prospect.Second, it introduce the way of painting technology, such as air painting, no air painting, hot painting, cold painting, ordinary electric painting, vacuum electric painting, The factor which affects painting technology mainly includes painting way, painting pre-processing, painting facilities, bake facilities and pipe system. In the meantime the pre-processing facilities of noise remove and waste oil to meet the nation standard of noise and waste gas and do optimal design of pipe system.Finally by using nerve net genetic algorithm to optimize and simulate painting technology parameters. There are7input parameters about nerve net and the number of substandard products is output. get the results by programme of MATLAB(2013b),painting reference value is vacuum, painting time, electric voltage, electric current, usage of oil, atomization pressure,sector pressure.
