| This article around the application of infrared fingerprint identification in medicine, from the perspective of qualitative, using infrared spectrometer detection condition has carried on the systematic study of Tibetan medicine,rhizoma acori calami, radix et rhizoma rubiae, radix onosmatis, lamiophlomis rotata, sickle whin, shellac of Ir fingerprint spectra of six kinds of Tibetan medicine has carried on the preliminary study. Preliminary obtained the six kinds of Ir fingerprint spectra of Tibetan medicine.Paper is divided into three parts:The first chapter:the Ir research progress in medicine, Tibetan medicine are briefly introduced in the identification and quality control problems and the development and principle of the infrared spectrum, infrared spectrum to investigate a method of medicinal materials were reviewed as well as in the current research status of medicinal herbs fingerprint.The second chapter:experiment technology in infrared fingerprint identification in medicine research. In order to study of Ir fingerprint spectra of Tibetan medicine, Tibetan medicine sample processing and infrared spectrum detection conditions were studied.The third chapter:Tibetan medicine research of Ir fingerprint.based on the second chapter based on the results of experiment technology research by the method of unified Tibetan madder of rhizoma acori calami, radix et rhizoma rubiae, radix onosmatis, lamiophlomis rotata, sickle whin, shellac six kinds of Tibetan medicinal materials in Ir research, preliminary established the six kinds of ir fingerprint spectra of Tibetan medicinal materials, according to the characteristics of the infrared fingerprint identification can be used as a medicine. |
