With the continuously go deep into the multi reservoir development of daqing oilfield,daqing oilfield has entered high water cut period. How to keep oil production stable and highyield, rational underground oil and enhance oil recovery has become the main target ofoilfield development. At present, adopting multilayer commingled production of crude oilproduction when production is far lower than the slicing, and led to a recovery can’t improve,seriously affected the stable for a long time, so the analysis of an important means of slicing isto keep production stable. In oil field in the process of slicing, formation pressure, flow,temperature is a very important basic data, the formation pressure is the reservoir dynamicanalysis and calculation of reserves important parameter, by comparing the differencebetween the formation pressure before and after the extraction and analysis of the change offormation pressure, can be used to evaluate reservoir pressure level and reservoir developmenteffect, and provide reliable basis for rational mining next. Therefore, the need for oil Wells oflayered pressure measurement technology research, we must use suitable for oil well testingprecision pressure measuring instruments, and in order to obtain accurate pressure data.This topic designed and developed the reliable performance of the electronicallycontrolled storage type oil well layered pressure gauge, as formation pressure coefficient ofthe field personnel to provide reliable indicators and parameters. Including hardware circuitwith MCU control as the core, designed the mechanical release, downhole drive controlcircuit, pressure and flow rate testing circuit and serial port interface circuit. Controlinstruction of software adopts C language compiler, to achieve electric control storage type oilwell layered pressure measuring instrument of pressure on their own within the well collected.Development ground host control management software, to process the reservoir related datawill be collected, and finally displayed in the form of curves and data tables, convenienttechnical personnel were analyzed. Through in the laboratory and field instruments forpressure and temperature environment test experiment, has been able to reach the designrequirements. Late to meet a single pressure acquisition of long periodic and continuouspower supply power, take the electrical storage type oil well layered pressure gauge controlmodule, low power consumption optimization design, including hardware optimization isgiven priority to with low-power chips and circuit improvement, simplifying the softwarewith the program compiled for the target.
