With the continuous progress and development of wireless transmission technology embedded in digital industrial control,wireless meter is moving ultra-low power,small size,high integration direction,while the low-power wireless meter and high reliability are core issues of restricting the development of industrial control.In the digital pumping unit building,how to combine high-performance hardware,software technology systems,high reliability,and ultra-low power are the most important indicators in the wireless instrument system.This thesis summarizes the present situation of micro-power wireless communication and embedded systems,purpose and significance of the proposed research,and then pumping wellhead wireless digital instrument for the study,the design of both hardware and software design of wireless wellhead low power consumption and reliability of instrumentation technology research and application.References the super capacitor in hardware,software analysis on a variety of power MSP430 operating modes together to complete the system low-power,high-reliability design.Finally,the design of the system hardware and software debugging and testing work,we want to achieve a goal of improved wellhead wireless power meter,ow-power design of hardware and software combination.The results show that the system can meet the industrial automation field and power requirements in micropower mode system can achieve the lowest power consumption 0.03 mA,super capacitor applications and the operating mode changes to the design saves energy consumption.The design takes advantage of embedded chip,low-power design,implementation,hardware and software work together to achieve the unity of the system low-power performance standards to improve the on-site data collection and efficiency of construction,but also to extend the working hours of the wellhead wireless instrument.
