| With the increasing depletion of coal,oil,natural gas and other non-renewable energy, the development of nuclear power as a substitute energy policy has been recognized by the majority of countries.But the necessary prerequisite for the development of nuclear power must be safe disposal of the nuclear waste, especially the high concentrations of radioactive nuclear waste. Since the half-time period of nuclear element can be up to several decades or even thousands of years and is harmful to human’s health, So it is highly difficult to dispose in technical and spends lots of money.the above problem become one of the issues yet to be resolved in the major scientific and technological of nuclear power.On the foundation of the introduction, digestion, absorption and master the foreign advanced technology,illustrated by the example of the low-level radioactive nuclear waste generated by the QT factory in a power station,this paper studys the development and design of the control system for the cement curing line.The system uses the lower-machine and host operation control mode, lower-machine uses the Siemens redundancyS7-400H PLC as the logic control system to improve the reliability and security of the system and host computer uses Wince7.0configuration software to develop the man-machine interface for the production process of cement curing line,which will make the operation more convenient.The paper describes the development and current status of the domestic and foreign nuclear waste disposal technology, at the same time, analysis the production process of the cement curing line in detail, gives out the overall design of the system including hardware and software design.Based on the the user program of the PLC and monitor screen for the process on the foundation of the Wince7.0. The control system has more comprehensive features, such as, remote control, preview of the real-time data, alarm history and history curve.After several months of on-site debugging, which is including monomer debugging and system alignment, the cement curing line test system runs well and meets the production requirement in function. Since this is the first self-developed production line of the disposal nuclear waste outside the barrel agitation in China, the successful development of the production line will play a role key in breaking the foreign technology monopoly. |
