Green tea is a product suitable for mass consumption,mostly mechanical processing,and the output is relatively large.However,the current mechanized production of tea still has problems such as unreal-time monitoring of the production process and imperfect on-site human-computer interaction software,mainly because the research and application of intelligent monitoring systems in the agricultural field are not deep enough.This paper takes a green tea production line in Xuan Cheng City,Anhui Province as the research object.According to its processing technology and processing equipment,it is closely related to the control characteristics and needs of the production line.At the same time,referring to domestic and foreign industrial control cases,a set of PLC-based data acquisition is designed.The upper computer man-machine interactive monitoring software for data processing with the controlled lower computer system and Lab VIEW programming software.Through the research of this production line,first of all,the key parameters of each production link are clarified,and the upper human-computer interaction interface for each production link is formulated,which includes parameter configuration and data processing;Secondly,a sub-control system is designed for each production process for the complex production line,and distributed data collection is carried out,including the finishing sub control system,the rolling sub control system,the initial drying sub control system,and the roasting and polishing sub control system,the control software adopts a modular programming method to realize the control of the production line;Finally,by comparing different communication protocols,summarizing the advantages and disadvantages,Finally,a two-way data transmission network between the upper and lower computers based on the TCP transmission control protocol and the Ethernet bus is designed,and the data communication between the PLC and the sensor and other hardware is based on the Modbus RTU communication protocol and the 485 bus.The host computer monitoring software is based on the Lab VIEW software platform,and a green tea production line test system composed of hardware such as sensors,PLC,host PC,sensor modules and conversion modules has been established.A separate monitoring interface is designed for each production link,which mainly includes functions such as real-time data display curve,parameter setting,data storage,etc.;a temperature alarm function is designed to monitor the temperature in real time and set the temperature range alarm to ensure the normal progress of the production process;The historical data query is designed to query the historical temperature data according to the date,and display them as a waveform curve to facilitate observation and analysis.
