It is9years from the prsuit of Flue gas denitrification in cement factory has beenapproved by the state in2004.but in our country it still in the exploration process,ithaven’t done once in XJ before we finnished the thesis,and the XJ cement plant havedone nothing about it.After the author compared SCR with SNCR in many otherthesises,there is a problem about the index,the evalutation isn’t satisfying and notpractical.The author read so many papers about The cement plant ’s gas denitration work,studied and analized,and get the result that we still have some problems:Firstly, inmany papers all the evluating index is confirmed expect denitration efficiency,andthrough the confirmed index quantification to get every indexing final mark after theexperts examined.Secondly,the evluation is totally in general(in the techiqueaspect)comepared by useing index syetem,but didn’t make it practical.so this kind ofresult can not give a quantified,objective,and A combination of quantitative andqualitative,The practicability and operability is small.To make it up, the authorcollected so many matarials,and made investagation in XJ cement plants,visted manyspecialists,refered to the relevant national laws and regulations andstandards,Through induction, comprehensive analysis, established a relativelyobjective combination of quantitative and qualitative evaluation index system in XJFUKANG.The main conclusion of the thesis:1. Cement industry of Xinjiang already has the necessary workconditions to carry out denitrification, the cement industry denitrationwork be imperative. With the acceleration of China’s industrialization of cement demandincrease, denitration work be imperative cement production line; SCRmethod and SNCR method in our country, many provinces and cities to use,have enough cases and experience, at the beginning of2012, the XinjiangUygur Autonomous Region decided to choose some cement factory in Xinjiangas denitrification pilot, the cement production line of denitration workoffers strong support in the development of Xinjiang, through the analysisof the collected data and field survey, Xinjiang has launched a cementproduction line of denitration work required conditions.2. Establish the evaluation index system of nitrate removaltechnology of cement industry should establish the quantitative andqualitative principle, emphasis on quantitative indicators of the role.In view of the Xinjiang cement industry this paper selectedinternational mature and a considerable number of cases of SCR and SNCRtechnology, establishes the optimization selection system process schemeof Xinjiang cement plant flue gas denitration; a total of three levelsof the index system, which are the target layer, criterion layer and theindex layer, the criterion layer are the environmental assessment index,economic index and technical evaluation index, index layer has eightindicators are the denitration efficiency, energy consumption, reductionof sewage charges, the static investment, operation cost, availabilityof technology, the level of clean production and operations managementcomplexity.3. Operation is a prerequisite to successful application of theevaluation index system of denitrification process in cement industry.The established index system composed of experts to review, it showsthat the index system is highly workable, and the establishment of various indicators of the index system reflects the environmental protectionpriority index system and index representative and easily quantifiablethought. In the fully listen to the experts opinions, the author of thisindex system to be perfect and ultimately by the weight of each index isgiven by experts.4. The case analysis shows that, the SNCR method is preferable to thecement plant denitration process.This paper establishes the index to a cement plant in Xinjiang to carryon the example analysis, SCR method, high denitration efficiency,reduction of sewage charges more, but the static investment, operationand management of the investment is high; SNCR method, denitrificationefficiency is slightly lower, but in terms of static investment, operationand management of the investment ratio SCR low. Comparison of high andlow of two methods. SCR final score is0.976, SNCR final score is1.252.So in this paper, SNCR method is selected as the cement plant flue gasdenitration process.The main results of the thesis:1. According to the national laws and regulations and standards,we estabishedThe principle and guiding ideology of index system,and Refer to the relevantdomestic and foreign papers we confirmed the structure of the syetem,after Referenceof similar documents, repeated consultation expert,we get The indicator system andexplain everyting in detail,Through the above work we initially established the indexsystem of selection process program in Xinjiang cement plant flue gas.2.we make a questionnaire consultation to the expert,And seriously consideredthe views of experts to change the index system,After repeated consultingexperts,finally confirmed the index standard,and we detemined the value of theweight of each index in the index system by experts scoring.After establishing the indexes,in XJ FUKANG cement plant,calculated the quantitative indexes of two kindsof technology of SCR and SNCR in the index system,And quantified the qualitativeindex processing,multiply the index scores and its weight,add up the result,we gotfinal socre of two methods,SCR made0.976,SNCR made1.252,bigger than theformer one,so we choose the SNCR methord.
