With the continued Reform and Open, China’s food industry has made remarkable achievements. On the other hand, we should also see today’s food safety in China is facing a very severe situation. Additive abuse, toxic food, genetic food and other food safety issues have get more and more serious. To solve the problem of food safety we need to enact strict laws and regulations, and enhance law enforcement, on the other hand is also an urgent need to build a set of food safety ethics. For the ethics of food safety, Human Rights must be the foundation of it, which as its basic values. In this dissertation, there’s the analysis of the current food safety issues from an ethical point of view, which in the sights of the ethical viewpoints, both theoretical and practical. Ethical research for food safety in China must have great theoretical and practical significance.This dissertation is divided into4parts. Chapter1is the outline of this article; chapter2aim to interpret the key concepts of the dissertation, which includes Food Security and Ethics of Food Security; chapter3would reflect the food security from the viewpoint of Human Rights Ethics, and I would analyze the conception of Human Rights and Human Rights Ethics, then justify the relationship between food security and human rights; chapter4is the key part in this dissertation, in this chapter,I would justify the reason of Human Right,which to be the ground of food ethics; in the final chapter, I would present interpretation to the which give the account of abstract principles of Food Ethics and public policies, finally explaining the obligation of medium and government.
