Oil field heating furnace is essential to the ground station, station equipment. Especiallyin Da qing oilfield, is located in cold area, no matter from the quantity and requirement on theheating furnace is higher than other fields from the quality. To produce a new type of heatingfurnace by using the combined method of engineering calculation and field test, need a lot ofmanpower and material resources and time, using the numerical method of oil field heatingfurnace design and optimization, can speed up the research, and can broaden the scope ofchanges on the parameters, the depth and breadth of research increases.This paper using numerical simulation tools PHOENICS gas burning in the hearth ofheating furnace is simulated research, analyzed the internal flow field of oil field heatingfurnace hearth temperature distribution characteristics, determines the internal furnacecombustion, heat radiation heat transfer, convection heat transfer and fluid flow of theconcrete model; On this basis, established can truly describe the chamber internal physicaland chemical changes of the mathematical model, selecting the appropriate numericalsimulation method, has carried on the monitor to the oilfield heating furnace has beenestablished test rig experiment, draw the actual circumstance temperature, velocity andpressure distribution curves, it can reflect the actual situation in the hearth of qualitative andquantitative. Comparing the test results and numerical simulation, determine the accuracy ofthe numerical simulation.Results show that the numerical simulation results and experimental station of heatingfurnace measuring results, the error is small, the computing simulation results more accurate.In burner1.5MW, the chamber diameter is1m,20%,40%,60%, under the condition offurnace too thick is too long, the rating is80%furnace is too long,100%under the conditionof heating furnace, furnace shell local temperature is too high, the thermal stress is too big,can lead to burn through the accident. So you should shorten the length of the heating furnace,increasing heating furnace in diameter, to ensure safe operation, can more lower steelconsumption.
