| Oilfield heating furnace of the device in oil field station,station plays a very important role.Especially like Yu Daqing oilfield in climate is cold area oil field,the normal production need to use more and better quality of heating furnace.In the past for a long time,people mainly through the method of engineering calculation and field test,looking for better performance of heating equipment,this method is the main defect of artificial,time cost is high.A new numerical method,not only can improve the efficiency of study,and to be able to use the parameter range further expand,promote the further research.In this paper,through data simulation tool for numerical simulations of gas combustion chamber of a stove or furnace,heating furnace for heating furnace temperature is analyzed from different parts of the internal,create combustion,heat radiation heat transfer and convective heat and fluid flow model;Created to reflect the changes in the chamber of a stove or furnace mathematical model of the application of appropriate numerical simulation method,monitoring of oil field heating furnace test rig and collect the relevant data,according to the data from the actual temperature,speed and pressure distribution curves,by qualitative and quantitative two aspects reflect the truth of a stove or furnace.Comparing test results and numerical simulation,in order to determine whether its precision.The result shows: the furnace coincided basically with the numerical simulation results and experimental station measurement results,simulation results are more accurate.Burner1.5 MW,furnace under the condition of 1 m in diameter,20%,40%,60%,the chamber of a stove or furnace too thick is too long,under the condition of the rating is 80% of a stove or furnace is too long,100% under the condition of heating furnace,furnace shell local high temperature,large thermal stress,a burning window may be produced in the accident.,therefore,to shorten long heating furnace,increasing the diameter,on the basis of safe operation,to achieve the purpose of reduce the steel consumption. |
