Technology Evaluation And Management System Of Parafifn Removel In Liaohe Oilfield

Due to more and more crafts of paraffin removel used in secondary units of Liaohe oilfield company at present, more corresponding production datas and reports are generated. The management of those datas and reports realized by hand leads to behindhand management style、high error rate、low efficiency and are difficult to query historical datas. With the increasing of paraffin removel crafts, the lack of effective evaluation system is not beneficial to knowledge-based management of paraffin removel crafts and calculation of costs.According to above problems,effect evaluation model and paraffin removel effect evaluation database of anti-wax wells are established to realize centralized storage of process data of paraffin removel of Liaohe oilfield and the convenient data querying,summary and statements.Fundamental of paraffin removel and the crafts of sand control in oil wells are analyzed and paraffin removel process evaluation and measures warning are studied in this paper. Through the establishment of paraffin removel process evaluation model, effect evaluation of paraffin removel is realized. According to the change of oilwell wash cycle or production data, the numbers of wells needed to wash are automatically filtered.By means of studying paraffin removel management database system and actual datas, the data storage system that includes basic datas of wells、paraffin removel construction record datas、paraffin removel tools、production data etc is established. By means of studying paraffin removel data query statistics system, users can query a variety of reports and maps that includes paraffin removel process design、construction data and statistics summary; By means of studying software system design, perfect supporting software system is developed.
