1,2- polybutadiene,as a kind of rubber for tire,hsa some merits such as good wet slide-resistance,low heat generation and good aging-resistance properties.Branching modification can improve the solution viscosity and processing properties of molybdenum 1,2 - polybutadiene.In this paper,molecular weight and its distribution,gel content,viscosity and microstructure of molybdenum branch 1,2-polybutadiene rubber(1,2-PB),butadiene rubber(BR9000),emulation polystyrene-butadiene rubber(ESBR1502) and solution polystyrene-butadiene rubber(SSBR2305) raw rubber,were studied by GPC,hanging net,the Ubbelohde viscometer,IR and ~1H-NMR,The shear viscosity,shear rate,shear stress,the activation energy of viscous and die-swell ratio under different temperature of 1,2-PB,BR9000,ESBR1502 and SSBR2305 were studied by XLY-Ⅱconstant pressure capillary rheometer,RH2000-Ⅱcapillary rhymester and rubber processing analyzer(RPA2000).The dynamic viscoelasticity of four types of cure rubber and vulcanized rubber were studied by rubber processing analyzer(RPA2000).The results show that the rheological properties of 1,2-PB is superior to the other three,which has excellent processing properties,wet slide resistance properties and the advantages of low heat generation.The inference of type and amount of accelerator,the amount of sulfur and carbon black on 1,2-PB rubber vulcanization characteristics and mechanical physics properties were studied to establish this novel 1,2 PB molybdenum sulfide formula for industrial inspection.At the same time,We research NR/1,2-PB dual,as well as NR/SSBR/1,2-PB, NR/ESBR/1,2-PB ternary system for the application tread rubber formulation and the effect of the type and amount of promoter and rubber on the vulcanization characteristics and physical and mechanical properties to get the best formula.Compared with that of the cure 1,2-PB,the physical and mechanical properties of the blend of 1,2-PB/NR were markedly improved,while still maintaining the 1,2-PB superior anti-slippery,low heat generation and aging performance.Referencing to Chinese-made tires general formula,We partially replace BR or SBR with 1,2-PB to study th(?) effect of the blend ratio on the physical and mechanical properties of NR/BR/1,2-PB,NR/SSBR/1,2-PB and NR/ESBR/1,2-PB.When NR/BR/1,2-PB was 70/25/5.Comprehensive performance is best.Adjusted the amount of carbon black and promote(?)o get better performance.The result is when N234/N33=40/10,CZ/TMTD= 0.9/0.1.The strength and elongation properties,anti-slippery properties,temperature rise properties of blends are better than the performance of China-made generic formula,At the same time Other properties are similar to China-made generic formula.
