At present,radial tire has become the mainstream of tire industry.China has invested a lot in the field of manufacturing and research of radial tire.The output and scale of radial tire have increased year by year.Chinese tire enterprises have become an important part of the world tire industry.However,for all steel radial tire,there is still a big gap between the technical level of domestic brands and that of developed countries.The quality and performance of products are urgently needed to be improved,at the same time,price war and homogeneous competition is becoming more and more intense.In recent years,in order to improve the quality and performance,more and more tire enterprises have begun to take tire analysis and formula reduction as the research focus and breakthrough,to promote the technical innovation of tire structure and formula design.Under this background,this work selects a 12R22.5 all steel radial tire of Bridgestone tire company as the research object,and makes section cutting and dissection,analyzes the pattern and structure characteristics,and focuses on the composition of the main parts of the tire.The main work contents are as follows:(1)Cut the whole tire,prepare the tire section,use appropriate tools and equipment to dissect the rubber to be tested and prepare the physical property test piece,and dissect the skeleton structure of the tire section at the same time.(2)The characteristics of tread pattern and tire skeleton structure were analyzed,and the corresponding physical properties of the compound were tested,including mechanical properties,hardness,specific gravity,rebound,wear resistance and viscoelasticity.(3)Thermal analysis,chromatography,mass spectrometry,spectroscopy and other modern instrumental analysis techniques were used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of chemical components of vulcanizate.The types and contents of raw materials in six rubber compound formulation systems,including rubber system,reinforcing and filling system,curing system,protective system,plasticizing system and bonding system,were studied.(4)According to the test data of compound formula system,the reduced formula was obtained.Based on this formula,the corresponding vulcanizates were prepared under laboratory conditions.The physical properties of the vulcanizates were tested and compared.The results showed that the physical properties test data of the vulcanizates prepared by formula reduction were basically consistent with those of the vulcanizates cut from the target tires,indicating that the reduced formula was very similar to the actual formula.
