Permeable pavement was an eco-environmental road , While ensuring good road performance, There was certain ventilate water permeability, enhance driving safety and noise reduction, The ecological performance of permeable pavement has been proven to be an effective alternative, to have broad application prospects.The paper researches the influence of high and low temperature performance and anti-ageing performance of the asphalt ,mechanical performance of permeable asphalt while adding the SBS and rubber powder;the influence of resisting frost of pervious concrete, the bearing capacity of soil base after freeze-thaw cycle and the improving effect of fiberglass grid for pervious roadbed .Contrast the modified asphalt with different volume single-doped SBS、waste rubber powder and compounlel modified asphalt with different dosages SBS and rubber powder by experiments, and the mechanical performance of permeable asphalt which the modification effect was most excellent were tested. The results show that:while mixing with SBS alone, adding 4% of SBS applied to OGFC was conformable to the the standard determiustion;while mixing with SBS and waste rubber powder, The quantity of SBS can be reduced to 2% to 3%, waste rubber powder can be reduced to 10% to 15%. The mechanical properties and deformation ability of the single-doped 4% of SBS was the best.The compounlel modified asphalt with 4% of SBS and 10% of rubber powder has better mechanical properties and deformation ability than the modified asphalt 15% of rubber powderThe anti-ageing performance was evaluated by penetration ratio and softening point appreciation. In a certain range, with the powder content increased, anti-ageing performance of the modified asphalt was gradually increased.The anti-ageing performance of the single-doped 4% ~ 5% SBS modified asphalt was better than the single-doped 5% ~ 15% rubber powder modified asphalt. The compounlel modified asphalt with 2%~3% of SBS and 10% of rubber powder has better anti-ageing performance than the modified asphalt 5% of SBS powder.Imitating the external freezing and thawing environmental, testing the resisting frost of pervious;testing the bearing capacity of the differente quantity of the sand of soil base after 10 times freeze-thaw cycles; Imitating the real structure of roadbed, the fiberglass grid was added at the cement stabilized crushed stone, in the middle of cement stabilized base and soil base., and at the soil base,texting the compressive strength and tensile strength. after 10 times freeze-thaw cycles, the bearing capacity of the different sand content of soil base were decreased.The soil base which the quantity of the sand was more than 62.5% has a certain bearing capacity. The soil base which the quantity of the sand was 30% has no bearing capacity.The max-increase tensile strength of specimen was 34.4% when the fiberglass grid was added at the cement stabilized crushed stone; The max- increase tensile strength of specimen was 82.9% when the fiberglass grid was added between the soil base and soil cement stabilized base; The max-increase compressive strength of specimen was 81.8% when the fiberglass grid was added the soil base.
