The rapid growth of the construction and decoration industry in our country especially in curtain wall industry, turn our country into the largest one of stuff production and projects installation in the world. Currently, the full load rate of temporarily installed suspended access equipment which is widespread used in construction and decoration industry increases quickly, and the busy degree of work is made more serious. Therefore, to aim at the severe actuality of great amount of curtain wall installation, and construction installation accidents and high falling accidents. The ZLP800 temporarily installed suspended access equipment is researched as a object in this paper, the complete appliance and the main bear parts has been analyzed by ways of statics and dynamics, the key factor which influence the strength and stiffness has been found, some methods and theories reference are supplied for development of large load multifunction temporarily installed suspended access equipment product.It bases on Finite Element Theory in the paper, finite element model of complete appliance construction was established, through the analyzing and reasonable simplifying and processing of currently existing temporarily installed suspended access equipment construction, and the gathering of working conditions in construction scene. On the basis of four load working conditions, finite element statics calculation was did to the suspended access equipment, and displacement and stress of suspended access equipment was gained, the danger areas were found through the analysis to the data, the feasible improved method was put forward. Second, model analysis is done to complete appliance construction and the suspended access equipment, the former four models are extracted, the corresponding natural frequency and mode of vibration were gained, the cause of every mode of vibration is analyzed, the advice which could avert to arouse the main mode of vibration was given. At last, base on the corresponding theories of dynamics,lift system of complete appliance is simplified, single-degree-of-freedom spring vibration system is built, the calculation methods of lift attack load and lift dynamic load factor are researched, then base on the finite element dynamics analysis theory, transient dynamics analysis was done when suspended platform suddenly lifted from ground, adding weight suddenly and mobile loads. the displacement, velocity and acceleration responding curves are gained in three load working conditions, dynamic displacement and dynamic stress gained by solving was processed, and lift dynamic load factors in diverse working conditions are gained, the main reason influencing dynamic load factor was analyzed, the improve methods were given to the condition which could cause larger attack load.The mechanics characteristic such as intensity and rigidity in diverse working conditions and diverse loads was analyzed by finite element method and dynamics corresponding theories with the archetype of currently product, a feasible structure analysis method has been gained. In order to provide effective research method and valuable theory reference for the developing and designing of new products.
