With the increase of high-rise buildings, the rapid development of building installation construction technology, the traditional scaffold construction method cannot satisfy the requirement of the modern aloft working construction condition any more. As the key construction equipment of building installation work, whether the structure of suspended access equipment meets the requirement of complex and changeable installation construction environment or not is particularly important. Therefore, it is very necessary to pay attention to suspended platform structure mechanical properties such as strength, stiffness and modularization combination mechanics analysis method of platform structure to adapt to different building sizes, with important theoretical and practical significance.On the basis of present development situation of suspended access equipment by referring literature at home and abroad, the suspended platform modularization combination form is analyzed, the solution of researching mechanical properties of suspended platform is given. On the basis of the solution, a simplified mechanical model of suspended platform is constructed according to mechanics theory. Mechanics analysis is also given, with formula of deflection and deflection influence lines deduced and analyzing method proposed to solve module combination problems through deflection and its influence line, getting the relations of load position and suspended platform deflection and optimized length of suspended platform combined by two modules. An example platform with length of 7.5 meters is calculated in the paper. Two combination forms of 7.5-meter suspended platform finite element model are established and calculated through ANSYS, getting maximum value of stress and deformation under four working conditions and their influence factors. The validity and feasibility of analysis method is verified through comparison among results of theoretical calculation, ANSYS calculation and experimental analysis. Mathematical model of 15-meter suspended platform is established to get combined modules number. After calculation and analysis, the optimal combination form of suspended platform is also given. The research in the paper has also provided theory basis for module combination and optimum design of large span suspended platform of suspended access equipment.The idea proposed in the paper that using deflection and the difference of influence line to analyze structure combination of variable stiffness suspended platform of suspended access equipment and suspended platform structure mechanics performance analysis method are applicable not only to suspended platform of suspended access equipment structure mechanics performance analysis but also to other similar structure comparison analysis and calculation, could also provide reference to application in other areas.
