This Paper analyzes the movement and loading of excavator's working equipment by using the method of D-H, and the working trajectory of bucket is received with the computer language C++. According to the soil texture, this paper discusses some factors' effects on the excavating resistance.According to the characters of excavator's working equipment, three dimensions finite element models in six different poses are built up, and the model, static and transient dynamic analysis are conducted by using Ansys software .Then under the six poses, we get the model parameters of excavator equipment with ribs and without ribs, discuss affects on the oscillation and natural frequencies of the two statuses. Based on this, we give some advices on operating and framework improving of the excavator. After static and dynamic analysis ,we get the conclusions that the structure is safe on the static loadings, but on the dynamic loadings, the maximal stress is about 334Mpa, which excesses the bearable stress. So the dynamic loading is the main cause of the boom fractures. Lastly, using the Transient Dynamic block in Ansys, the response of the greatest displacements and stresses about the six DOFs of the bucket tip are reached .
