With the rapid development of China's economy,the construction industry has entered a period of rapid development,the complex environment of the installation and construction of aerial equipment put forward higher requirements.As a modern construction and installation of the necessary equipment-temporarily installed suspended access equipment(referred to as"basket"),the following problems:On the one hand,the current domestic related equipment rated load of 800kg,a span of 7.5m,carrying capacity is weak,small span,single structure;on the other hand,since the use of crane dynamic load factor rose as a basket of safety design basis,there are unreasonable.In view of this,the article ZLP3000 type hanging basket as the research object,in determining the suspension platform combination plan,on the basis of dynamics analysis and simulation of the whole machine,won the large load hanging basket hoisting dynamic load coefficient of large span,for the similar product development to provide certain methods and theory reference.Firstly,based on the combination of enumeration algorithm preliminary ZLP3000 hanging basket suspension platform module combination plan,using the finite element analysis software ANSYS respectively to different lifting point form of each module combination scheme were analyzed,and concluded that the maximum stress and maximum deformation combination schemes,by comparing the solutions to satisfy the intensity and the rigidity is determined.Secondly,on the basis of relevant theories in dynamics,on the whole machine does simplify the processing,under the condition of considering the effects of deformation and motor wire rope,establishes the variable stiffness system vibration model of two degree of freedom spring.By numerical method,Newmark-? solution,obtained the suspension point location and the response of the steel wire rope for lifting dynamic load coefficient provide theoretical basis for the research.Finally,based on virtual prototype technology,using dynamic analysis software ADAMS to hoisting hanging basket in the cases of the whole machine for transient dynamics analysis,obtained the corresponding displacement,velocity and acceleration of the structure under the condition of the response curve,then determine the hanging basket hoisting dynamic load coefficient.Based on the research and development on its own design ZLP3000 large working load of higher hanging basket as the prototype,the dynamics on the basis of relevant theories,the high work hanging basket hoisting working condition are analyzed and the simulation,obtained a set of feasible structure analysis method,the structure of the lifting dynamic load coefficient,provides reference basis for the development of new products design.
