Along with dangerous goods transportation growing continuously, dangerous goods transportation tankers are taken as one of the main tools, collision and rollover accidents increases gradually. It is very easy to cause secondary accidents including collision and rollover because persons don’t recognize type and extent of accidents. Therefore monitoring dangerous goods transportation tankers and identifying type of traffic accidents accurately and rapidly possess great significance in accelerating emergency treatment of the injured, grooming traffic accidents rapidly, and preventing secondary accident.In this paper, dangerous goods transportation tankers are studied as the object, collision, rollover, collision and rollover forewarning decision technology are studied. Dangerous attitudes of runing vehicles are analysed. And forewarning algorithms are researched, simulated and verified. These studies provide theoretical foundation and technical support for monitor systems.(1) All of risk attitudes (collisions, rollovers and dangerous goods abnormal state) are briefly narrated for dangerous goods transport monitoring technology and forewarning technology in vehicles, which indicates present situation and composition of monitor system. Accidents forewarning decision technology plays an important role in monitoring system, is development trend in the future.(2) Refer to airbag collision algorithm, collision warning and collision type (front, rear-end and side collisions) recognition algorithm based on three-axis acceleration synthesis are researched.(3) The vehicle rollover model is built. The effects of vehicles’rollover angle and rollover angular velocity threshold caused by lateral acceleration in the 0 ~ 8m/s2 are analyzed with it, while discriminant functions of vehicle rollover are determined, vehicle rollover forewarning of tankers is realized.(4) As gyroscopes are expensive, in order to reduce the cost of monitoring devices, tilt sensors are used to monitor vehicle rollover angle. But they don’t measure dynamically. In order to improve anti-interference of tilt sensors, the algorithm of vehicle dynamic angle measurement is researched. (5) For serious consequences of dangerous goods caused by their state (fire, explosion and leakage), temperature and pressure threshold of dangerous state are mainly studied, dangerous goods risk alarm is achieved.(6) Forewarning algorithm of vehicles collision, rollover, anti-interference algorithm of tilt sensor are simulated and verified on the basis of vehicle test and laboratory datas.
