With the rapid development of technology, the demand of the workshop for automation and information is higher and higher. In order to improve operational efficiency of enterprise, it is becoming increasingly important on how to combine storage segment of the automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS) with production segment. Based on the fact described above, AS/RS test platform is designed and developed. It can be used to unify the management of the enterprise’s production processes and warehousing segments, reduce intermediate links, bring about the seamless connection of production and storage and improve the automation of the workshop production. The main contents and relevant sections of this thesis are described as follows.Firstly, according to the specific circumstances and requirements of the subject, overall system design scheme is described, and every functional modules of the system is detailed. Based on the foundation above, the technical bases for each module is elaborated, and the whole general control framework and hardware design of the system are given.Secondly, the structure of AS/RS is introduced, and the retrieval vehicle structure of this subject is designed in datail. Then, according to the functions of the retrieval vehicle , the control system is designed ,and the control flow is given.Thirdly, the overall control strategy of the system is researched and designed, including design of dynamic workshop task scheduling of host computer, design of main control system based on the embedded technology, integrated CAN bus technology and the wireless communication technology, and design of the management system of AS/RS.Fourthly, the corresponding mathematical model for the path optimization problems of the automated warehouse is established. Form a hybrid algorithm by combing the genetic algorithm with tabu search algorithm to solve the model. The contrastive results show that the hybrid algorithm effectively overcomes the weak search ability and the slow convergence existing in traditional genetic algorithm. It improves the automated storage efficiency of the automated warehouse and has the obvious superiority.Fifthly, based on the chapters above, softwares for modules of the system are designed and developed, including the development of embedded software based onμC/OS-II , development of warehouse control software and development of host computer storage management software.Finally, the review and conclusions of this thesis are summarized, and some of the work which needs further in-depth study is proposed.
