The market competition was increasingly fierce caused by the development of information technology in Internet and economic globalization.The logistics was regarded as the pursuit of modern enterprise in core competitiveness as "the third profit source".Automatic storage and retrieval system was widely used in modern logistics enterprises and production and processing enterprises.To make full use of land resources,under the premise that satisfy the efficiency,the proportion of the double deep shelves automatic storage and retrieval system was higher and higher.Compared with traditional library,a row of shelves was added on each side of roadway,the service efficiency of stacker was improved effectively,the cost of hardware was reduced.But the goods sent was more complex,the promotion of the working efficiency was difficult.So the study in the goods optimization of the double deep shelves automatic storage and retrieval system had very realistic meaning and theoretical value for improving the working reliability and efficiency.The characteristics and the problems existing in the use,the particularity of the principle in optimization strategy of this library was analyzed,the mathematical model of slotting optimization was put forward based on the double deep shelves automatic storage and retrieval system in the thesis.Compared with the position putting form of the traditional library,the genetic algorithm and virus evolutionary genetic algorithm was adopted to improve the calculation of the slotting optimization in this thesis.Through example analysis and software simulation, the results showed that both methods could solve the problem effectively,but the virus evolutionary genetic algorithm integrated better results.The main work was included in the thesis:(1) The research status quo of automatic storage and retrieval system slotting optimization was expounded,the importance and necessity of the double deep shelves automatic storage and retrieval system slotting optimization and the characteristics of the thesis was analyzed,the research content was determined.(2) The mathematical model of combinatorial optimization meeting the shelves stability and access efficiency was established,combined with the instance of goods access in the double deep shelves automatic storage and retrieval system.(3) The genetic algorithm and virus evolutionary genetic algorithm was used to solve the model,The simulation verification was done with Matlab,compared to the traditional operation mode respectively.The simulation results showed that the two methods was effective for the slotting optimization to improve the stability and access efficiency.But the virus evolutionary genetic algorithm was better in the comprehensive performance.(4) The work of the thesis were summarized,and the further study of the slotting optimization problem in the double deep shelves automatic storage and retrieval system were discussed.
