Primary and middle buildings is a special use function of building, population density and liquidity are bigger, set off by the earthquake disaster possibilities and harmfulness than other types of buildings. Therefore, it is significant to quantitative estimate the possible disasters due to the earthquake.This paper analyzes the primary and secondary school buildings the special structure form and structure layout, summarizes the reinforced concrete frame structure building characteristics of disaster. In four seismic action level and four standard aseismatic fortify goal, under the precondition of the reinforced concrete frame structure to determine the quantified performance index, primary and secondary school building ferroconcrete frame structure under each performance level in the ultimate state and discriminant criteria.Typical of the primary and secondary school buildings in steel reinforced concrete frame structure as the research object, using ZEUS - NL analysis software to establish the nonlinear finite element model, the structure of the restoring force model considering structural uncertainty and the uncertainty of ground motion, forming 50 structure system - shaking samples. For each sample by ZEUS– NL in the nonlinear dynamic in software process analysis, get the ISDmax to obtain the frame structure in different performance level teaching under the curve, and the vulnerability in seismic vulnerability curve of the teaching building based on the seismic performance evaluation. Through comparing the structure in the near field - strong earthquakes, near field - weak earthquake and the far field - strong earthquakes near field - strong earthquake, under the circumstance of curves can be concluded that the structure of vulnerability in earthquake under the role each performance level exceeding probability seismic, significantly higher than weak in far field structure of the earthquake effect the performance level exceeding probability near-field seismic slightly higher.
