Paper is based in Bangkok in 1997 Koolhaas studied architecture made of super-theory research base. From the analysis of consumer culture in the formation of ultra-building cultural factors, from social psychology to analyze the design of ultra-building architects psychological factors, and finally emerging from the construction of means of data analysis techniques and the design of ultra-building factors. And architects from around the world the latest ultra-building work as an example for analysis and research. The first part is introduction, mainly related to the theoretical significance of the study, lists a variety of research methods. The second part of the culture from the consumer point of view on the phenomenon of ultra-building, first introduced popular culture, consumer culture and mass media concepts, which quoted the concept of surplus buildings, and discusses the phenomenon of popular culture under the influence of the architectural characteristics of the phenomenon of super. The third part of the discussion from the perspective of social psychology, the phenomenon of ultra-building, first introduced social psychology, individual social and psychological phenomena and psychological phenomena such as the concept of social groups, further analysis of individual social groups, social and psychological phenomena and psychological phenomena of the ultra-building phenomenon. Part IV discusses from the perspective of ultra-modern building techniques phenomena, respectively, from the boundary set, montage phenomenon, weakening of the architectural form and data images on the ultra-building phenomena such as re-read, to generate new architectural significance. Finally, in the contemporary architectural discourse over the lack of social development, and analysis of ultra-building in the future under the consumer should pay attention to social development issues, and the architect’s responsibilities and challenges faced.
