Study On Power Demand Side Management Data Acquisition And Data Processing

With the continuous growth of national economy，the problem of electric powersupply and demand is getting significantly，some areas appear serious lack of electricityphenomenon, this have influenced the economic development and people’s daily life.Power demand side management is the most effective method to solve the current powersupply and demand problems. it refers to electric power company and common usercooperate together, in order to improve the efficiency of using resources and electricityusing way, realize scientific saving and order power utilization in management activities,Designed to provide reasonable development power projects, Designed to providereasonable development power project, collocate power resources, reduce powerenterprise cost, improve terminal power efficiency, reduce pollution, protect theenvironment, realize the interaction of the power supply party and users, change thetraditional passive way electricity. Demand side management is the most popular oncurrent international advanced resources management technology, has a significant socialand economic benefits.Firstly，according to China’s low energy efficiency, practical problems such as powersupply nervous，this paper explains the important significance of strengthen the demandside management, introduces the concept, origin and development process of demand sidemanagement, describes the contents, characteristics and purpose of demand sidemanagement, introduces the methods of power demand side management for detail, alsointroduces the demand side management project evaluation.Secondly, this paper analyzes the key issues of power demand side management,especially introduces the power demand side management data acquisition and processing.In data acquisition, use the data mining technology and web extraction technology toachieve data acquisition; In data processing, analysis a large number of demand sidemanagement data classification, and encode it, establish relevant demand sidemanagement database, and study on the principles of the TOU.Then, according to the analysis on the influencing factors such as Qinhuangdao’shistorical load data, the weather and temperature data and so on. Gives a new method toforecast power system short-term load based on the grey theory and Elman neural network. Through constructing power system short-term load forecasting model, forecastingQinhuangdao region short-term load, has good prediction effect.Finally, this paper develops the power demand side management data acquisition andprocessing software platform by use of Visual C++6.0, realizes the demand sidemanagement’s data acquisition, displays the load forecast curve, TOU price interface,database query and the demand side management and relevant network links etc.
