Aero engine birdstrike avoidance is always a difficult problem in the world, about the bird impact problem research and prevention has been paid more attention in engineering design. At home and abroad are mainly through the improvement of engine blade structure and material properties and comprehensive means to improve engine bird collision resistant ability, although obtained certain achievement, but the effect is far less than expected. While in the air outside the engine installation of bird impact protection mechanism design research, at home and abroad is still basically is a blank.According to the aviation engine performance and its structure characteristics, we put forward a new bird impact protection mechanism design, bird impact dynamics is derived the basic theory, by a comparison with experimental data, verify the SPH algorithm to bird impact problem in computational accuracy, and the establishment of a bird strike protection mechanism of3D models, the use of the finite element software protection mechanism of bird impact are the force simulation, find out the line with the design requirements of protective cable" material, proved the feasibility and safety of protective mechanism. At the same time based on the protection mechanism of birdstrike avoidance design concept, put forward the use of explosive shock wave birdstrike avoidance design ideas, derivation of the explosive shock wave theory and mathematical model, calculation of the explosive shock wave on Aeroengine stability influence, through analysis of the calculated results, the step amplitude of100%impact wave disturbance on engine intake fan and the compressor stability margin losses were11.6%and8.9%, less than this model engine stability critical point13.3744%. Visible, the use of explosive shock wave bird impact resistant design is feasible.This paper puts forward a new aeroengine birdstrike avoidance design, which is to enhance suffered for bird impacting engine safety, increase the flight safety of aircraft, in lower airways of property loss, save the lives of passengers and other areas have a very important practical significance, at the same time for aero-engine birdstrike avoidance of research offers new train of thought.
