Currently, UAV is small, easy to conceal and carry and able to execute high-riskundertaking.The station of UAV as the remote control UAV telemetry UAV system ofneural central "to the UAV system play a very important role. A set of integratedUAV system comprises a UAV and UAV ground-station, including UAV telemetryremote sites is "the nerve center" of the whole UAV system which is also constantlydeveloping.The telemetry remote control station of UAV can provide their owncontrol need UAV basic state of information and loaded information for operators.Through the information to the geographical location of UAVS location for UAV ofthe flight, the task of the load in effective monitor, and on the forecast of failure andoffer the sensors and the state and reliable monitoring.As the development of remote control station UAV telemetry, UAV system isalso put forward more and more heavy task for telemetry remote control station.Mainly as the following aspects: the transmission of the type of data in space andcontinually the increase of data quantity, including not only telemetry, remote controldata and image data, but also scientific experiment data, etc.; Diversification of theStreams of data transfer; Facing many sets of UAV, the moment of produceinformation is also independently; Information rate and data quantity are alsodifferent.Firstly, the article introduces the background and development present situationof the UAVS telemetry remote control station. CCSDS frame format is relativelyfixed, and can therefore effective solve the above problems. At the same time,according to different types of remote sensing data is analyzed and the correspondingcoding method is selective put forward. This paper has designed software system andhardware system. The design of the hardware of the UAV telemetry remote controlincluding ground stations of outdoor and exploratory uses based on industrial Ethernetfield bus EtherCAT building a new generation of telemetry remote control platform.Remote sensing data are transmitted to front terminal by data radio.Secondly, Using iton the demodulation sorting out after all the information sent to the telemetry siteshost (cPCI industrial PC) and then use EtherCAT technology using remote sensingdata will be distributed to every system from standing including: a small circuit monitoring commissioning system, quasi real-time image system and telemetry trackplayback system. The design of software including: which is based on VC++6.0development platform and combined with Google Earther issued based on componenttechnology of application development interface-Google Earther COM the API torealize the display of a station electronic map display, the coordinate of map locationgeodetic coordinates system and UAV path planning. As well as, use the MSCommcontrol to receive telemetering data and send remote control instructions by serial port;Use the way of virtual instrument or direct display to receive data telemetry data, atthe same time, ground station still can send remote control station instruction or PIDparameters to UAV. Finally, through the experiment shows the UAV telemetryremote sites, the system can meet the basic requirements of the subject, and has goodexpansibility and real-time.
