Existing and new concrete structures were observed, discover the structure of the securityhidden danger, the possible damage to the reinforcing in advance, is the safety of the effectivemonitoring method. FRP material effectively using the fiber material of high strength, highhardness and polymerization of the resin has the advantages of lightweight, corrosionresistance, is a kind of composite material with excellent performance. FRP embeddedreinforcement technique is a newly developed a kind of reinforcement technology, related tothe reinforcement design principle is still preliminary research stage. The article combinesJiangxi Province Natural Science Fund Project: intact and damaged reinforced concrete beamembedded FRP reinforcement and repair of damaged reinforced concrete beam, thereinforcement mechanism and Flexural performance study. The main content of this thesisincludes:1. In order to explore the mechanism of reinforcement of damaged reinforced concretebeam, flexural properties and impact factors, according to the relevant data design of damagebeam. According to the specification design without damage of reinforced concrete beam, bytesting the limit load, according to ultimate load to determine the degree of injury and thepercentage of prefabricated damaged beam. To determine the effect of the reinforcementeffect of the main factors include: injury severity, embedded carbon fiber board embeddeddepth and length, width and depth of slot.2. Design and production of the10reinforced concrete beam specimen, through testingthe CFRP board embedded reinforcement damaged beam in three point loading conditions ofthe deflection of the beam, crack and rebar, concrete, carbon fiber strain, test and record thedifferent way of strengthening beam with initial cracking load, yield load, ultimate load andthe final failure morphology.3. Through the test of three point loading cases, damage beam reinforcement measures:carbon fiber plate mounted length, initial injury severity and anchoring conditions onreinforcement beam load deflection curve, CFRP plates and force tendon load strainrelationship. Research and analysis of the different initial injury cases reinforced beamcracking load, yield load, limit load, test results show that the initial damage to more thanthree kinds of loads are affected, anchoring method on limit load is related to.4. According to the test results of reinforced concrete flexural bearing capacitycalculation method, analyzed in consideration of initial damage cases of CFRP platereinforcement damaged beam ultimate bearing capacity, theoretical calculations agree wellwith the experimental results.
