The safe and stable operation of the power system was closely linked withPeople’s Daily life and social normal production. Many uncertain factors would leadelectric power system fault, and any a fault of power system t may cause hugeeconomic loss, so the power equipment of power system must be ensured that theyoperated normally. Substation and distribution circuit was an important work forguaranteeing stable and reliable operation of the power system.Based on the analysis of the traditional way of defects in the inspection, thispaper analyzed the business needs of the patrol inspection management of the powertransmission and transformation system,and presented the management system ofpower circuit of the whole framework. Integrated with application of geographicalinformation system (GIS) technology, and global positioning system (GPS)technology, database (DBMS) technology, based on the central background patrolinspection management system and PDA patrol inspection system,this paper designedand researched patrol inspection management system of power transmission andtransformation;On the analysis of the DGPS and kalman filtering algorithm to theinfluence of GPS positioning accuracy, this paper improved traditional kalmanfiltering algorithm for improving the accuracy of GPS.In this paper, the development of power transmission and transformationinspecting management system realize real-time location and supervision to personnel,issuing the wireless and real-time tasks, transmission of wireless and real-time data,and realized the effective management of personnel and data, and improved theefficiency of the inspecting equipment and the power transmission line.
