Research On The Standardization Of Electricity Consumption Inspection Process Of State Grid Power Users Based On Lean Thinking

Tianjin,as a municipality directly under the Central Government,carries the important task of social development and urban construction,and as a power enterprise of public utility service enterprise is an indispensable key factor in urban construction and development.The sustainable development of Tianjin city construction needs the coordination and cooperation of electric power enterprises.Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of the market economy,the inspection of electricity use is not only an important part of the operation and management process of electric power enterprises,but also a service window provided by electric power enterprises to power customers.Same Electricity inspection is also the after-sales service specialty of electric power enterprises,which plays an important role in improving the service quality of electric power companies,promoting the economic benefits of marketing and safeguarding the interests of customers.But at the same time,in the current professional work of electricity inspection,there are the same as other traditional professional work efficiency is not high,waste of resources and other problems.In order to ensure the normal and safe operation of social production and life,eliminate the hidden dangers of electricity users,improve the quality of service,strengthen the management level of electricity inspection,carry out standardized research on the process of electricity inspection,improve the efficiency of electricity inspection,and improve the quality of electricity inspection is particularly important.In this paper,the lean production mode is studied,combined with the characteristics of the electric power enterprise,the analysis system of lean production for electric power user inspection is put forward,and the application of various lean analysis methods in the analysis stage is also expounded.According to the structure of lean analysis,from the three aspects of process,resource allocation,management and culture,lean method is applied to analyze the waste or deficiency in the power user's electricity inspection process,and the root cause of the problem is summarized at the same time.Then the reasons are classified and the direction of each link can be optimized.Lean Six Sigma(Lean Six Sigma Management)Improving the tools to solve the problems in the electricity inspection of power users,combined with the enterprise and process characteristics,elaborate its implementation method.Through the overall upgrading of power user electricity inspection business,a standardized power user electricity inspection mode with lean production pull power inspection flow,lean six sigma management control of each link quality,lean idea,PDCA closed loop management,sustainable improvement is established.The lean effect of the optimized power user inspection mode is obvious,the efficiency of fault disposal,customer satisfaction and the core competitiveness of the enterprise are all improved,and the sustainable development is realized.
