The Research Of Sustainable Development Design In Qingdao Low-rent Housing-on The Basis Of Cell Theory

As China’s rapid booming of economy and urbanization, the contradiction betweenpeople and land became more severe. Housing problems, especially the one of low-income group has become urgently social issue. To solve this problem, the governmentrepeatedly to expand the scope of indemnificatory housing, enlarge the low-rent housingconstruction, the issue，which is on how to make the usage of land resources moreefficient, and how to make the low rent house be people oriented and sustainable, mustbe taken into account.Low-rent housing is a social welfare of major citizen, its ability to achievesustainable use related to our construction of housing security system, it is a crucial toimprove low-income groups’ living conditions as well as the recycling of low rent housein the future.This paper contents on total of six chapters, divided into three parts logically. thefirst part of Chapter1, it described the research background, purpose and meaning,content and methods of proposed research, specifically related to the concept, outliningthe overall framework of the paper; the second part, Chapters2and3, first reviewed athome and overseas low-rent housing design related theories and research, and thenanalyzed low-rent housing needs of Qingdao City on the basis of the actual research anddata collected, establish the relationship between design theory and the correspondinghousing needs in accordance with the idea of sustainable development of low-renthousing; the third part, which is chapter4,5,6, per the changes in family structure andlifestyle changes, came up the "cell concept", and apply it to the single design oflow-rent housing, in practice, to create a low-rent housing of more suitable, reflectinggrowth characteristics of the low-rent housing "cell blocks". Generally, this paper is apreliminary exploration of sustainable strategies in the design of low-rent housing.
