Study On Design Of Exterior Space Of The Low-rent Housing Community In Chongqing

Nowadays,with the acceleration of the process of urbanization and the rapid growth of the urban population; the unfair distribution of resources and the widened gap between the poor and the rich lead to the generation of the low-income stratum. Thus, the problem of"New Urban Poverty"has become the world's prominent issue, which is an urgent problem that is needed to be solved for the living environment of the low-income stratum.The Contruction Ministry of China referenced the mature system institutions of the low-income housing security systems in the western countries and established"the lowest-income families and low-rent housing management practices". So that cities in China have also launched low-rent housing building projects. As a result of vigorously low-rent building projects problem occur in that the design of targeted low-income dwellers's inconvenience or inhibit the use of the issue of contacts due to the lack of external space. Although the low-rent buildings are the main solutions of the low-rent housing problem, the plan and the designs of the external space of the low-rent housing communities themselves are proved to be problematic.This paper focus on the new, concentrated low-rent buildings in Chongqing main city property, which begins with the problems occurred in the design and usage of the existing status quo issue of the current external space community, summarize the characteristics of the residents and that of the external space community of the low-cost space. Meanwhile, it analyze how to make most effectively the use of existing community resources to improve the environment under the circumstances of insufficient funds of the construction,how to promote at a large scale communications between the community dwellers according to the adoption of designed measures and to create an economic and practical vibrant community environment. The structure of this article is as follows:Chapter 1: Introduction. Background and main topics. Discussions about the existing problems, the scope and the main body of the study, the practical significance of the research thesis, at the same time the paper establishes the steps of theoretical basis and the framework of the implementation.Chapter 2: Summary of relevant literature theory. Discussions about the research information for low-cost on the external communities and the living environment home and abroad, illustrations of the theoretical foundation of the article,explainations to the background of low-rent housing security-related policies as well as the design planning and development trends of the low-rent community.Chapter 3: Research of the current situation about the exterior space of low-cost housing in Chongqing City. Starting with the designing, funding and management to explain the impact of the construction by using factors of the low-cost space community buildings and then, through the example analysis about the three new low-rent housing community examples of Jiulongpo, Dadukou and Jiangbei Districts, on the basis analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of external space community, to summarize the problems occurred in the low-cost community about the fitness between activities, presence on the space, equipment of facilities and sprigging operation and etc.Chapter 4: Research of the main living space and the exterior space of the low-rent housing community in Chongqing. First, the paper provides analysis on the societal, mental and behavioral characteristics of the dwellers in low-rent housing communities to receive the demand of them for the space so as to analysis the low-rent housing community composition of external space. Finally the writing offers clarification of the characteristics and a contrast between the low-cost space and the common settlements witn the reflection of the livable theory of communities.Chapter 5: Design principle of the external space of low-cost housing community in Chongqing City. According to the analysis for the status quo and the dwellers described above, we obtain the principles to abide by durling the design of low-rent housing community and to propose relevant designing strategies.
