Study And Design Of Residential Space Of Low-rent Housing In Chongqing Master City Under The Background Of Housing Security System

Since the 1980s,with the reformation of our housing system, housing, as a commodity, has been pushed into the market, and the social problems caused by low-income groups purchasing power have become the centre of public attention. Further more, the housing ensuring system which is mainly for the weak group has become an important part in our social system, and catch more attention by the public. With the solution of the housing problem, the welfare housing system of low-rent housing, was set up in our country in1998.Ten years have passed.China's low-income urban families will be covered by an improved low-rent housing system that will allow them to enjoy affordable housing by 2010, according to a new policy framework agreed by the State Council.During the process from the original poor insurance to mass building ,various problems in society, policy, economy, management and design about low-rent housing came into being.The thesis aims at studying the low-rent housing, considering the difference of the characteristics about policy ,region and the subjects who were ensured when the insurance were carried out. Chongqing is regarded as the main researching object. The thesis also chooses three administrative district which build most in the low-rent houses (Jiulongpo , Dadukou , Jiangbei district) as the researching objects.The thesis lays great emphasis on the discussion of the entire layout and single design, which brings forth three new ideas: Firstly , there will be a general quantization evolution about the housing now available so as to inspect the ensuring fair. Secondly, it will put for ward the new scheme after having a contrast between the two models the concentration and scatting , which were brought out in the layout of low-rent housing. Thirdly, these kinds of design principles under different scale will be taken as the basis of the design.By way of a thorough research on the specific examples, we should grasp the current situation and the tendency of the construction of the low-rent housings in the Chongqing master city.In the practice of the policy, with the research achievement about the low-income urban group's housing problems in sociology , geography and city layout course , I attempt to have the architecture permeate into these course to make the construction of the low-rent housing much more scientific human and developing for insurance.The thesis is divided into 7chapters:Chapterâ… : Introduction.
