Production lead time refers to the product and its components in each process stageinvestment of time, than the product produced by the advance of time. It is of greatsignificance to determining production lead time about production planning and controlmaking and control. However, production lead time bullwhip effect causes enterprises toface the plight of the "neurotic" thereby and cause the concern about timely delivery tocustomers Concerns. Therefore, companies must have the courage to face and positivily tosolve the problem of production lead time the bullwhip effect production lead time. Thisthesis firstly analyzes research current situation on bullwhip effect in supply chain and themechanism of production lead time bullwhip effect, and then baduysed on the former study,we make research on how to measure and contro the production lead time bullwhip effect.Closely combining with the formation mechansm of production lead time bullwhipeffect, the article takes full account of the uncertainties that exist in the actual production,thinks "by the time syndrome" is very important factor that produce production lead timebullwhip effect, analzes the effect which it caused, and thus provides a solid theoreticalfoundation for its measurement and control study; The article makes a detailed analysis ofthe advantages of the Witness simulation modeling and statistical analysis methods ofmodeling, and uses them to measure production lead time; This paper focuses on theproduction lead time bullwhip effect conrrol research with buffer management uncertaintiessetting methods and dynamic control method and provide technical guidance and tools foreffective control within the enterprise production bullwhip effect.In order to make the theory and methods studied above used in pratical producytion,this article uses Zhenjiang Marine Diesel Works as the case background, the methods ofmeasuring and applied to its processing plant in the company may lead impacts of proposedcontrol strategy in advance of the bullwhip effect. And it verifies the practical operability ofthe measurement techniques and control methods.In order to manage the uncertainties of production process, we introduced a multi-project as an example of the progress of critical chain management “Missing Link " controlmethod, and process simulation, to show the need to control things in advance of thebullwhip effect sex. Control key chain, controlled by setting the buffer on the key chain andnon-critical chain project implementation so as to achieve the purpose of controlling production in advance of the bullwhip effect.
