In Wenchuan earthquake, all kinds of middle and primary school building shockloss serious and caused a lot of teacher-student casualties. Especially in primary andsecondary schools, the most prominent buildings destroyed many buildings collapsed,sparked the whole society of seismic safety for primary and secondary school buildingsmore attention. Through teaching of wenchuan earthquake seismic damage in the reality,problem, serious analysis of characteristics, and summarizing the reasons why andconceptual earthquake-resistant design with for guiding ideology, focuses on the studyof architecture design deficiency, and finally put forward the strategies of architecture.In wenchuan after the earthquake struck, we housing and rural construction inconstruction engineering anti-seismic standards were revised to two standards, revised,one is "building engineering anti-seismic classification standards", another is the codefor seismic design of buildings. After that, some parts of the country are beginning tomiddle and primary school building reinforcement and reconstruction work. The authorin this paper after opportunity, with part of the yanta district more than100schools thestatus and reconstruction project teaching as the research object, by investigation andproblem analysis of case study, proposes the countermeasure, basic thoughts, usingresearch typical, experience learning, suitability to explore, and various disciplinesauxiliary research methods for earthquakes are common, with background, how toimprove the teaching of primary purpose for their seismic capability, this paperdiscusses the conceptual earthquake-resistant design as the leading to the design concept.Combined with examples of buildings to wenchuan earthquake damage, from monomeritself, monomer and evacuation sites, monomer evacuation sites and circumjacent area studied seismic three levels of middle and primary school buildings, found xianarchitectural design of potential earthquake-proof problems, the paper puts forward thearchitecture strategies. Finally this buildings aseismic design concept two mainly of twocases.
