| Currently in our country,the finished result of the traditional design method ofurban engineering pipeline comprehensive planning&designing are uneven for themethod mainly depends on the empirical design of the designers and interferesfactitious disturbance easily. The key technique of urban engineering pipelinecomprehensive planning&designing is the bottleneck which restricts the level of thedesign result.This article in view of the key problems of urban engineering pipelinecomprehensive planning&designing:the plane of urban engineering pipelinecomprehensive design, the vertical and coordination of pipelines at road intersections,choosing the pipeline resettlement in utility tunnel and the scheduling of urbanengineering pipeline comprehensive planning&designing. Combined with theassembly drawing optimization and design theory, urban engineering facilitiesoptimization theory, customized modification of computer aided design and operationsresearch, gray system theory and etc. The paper puts forward the measures and solutionsthat systemic study on the above the key technique.1. One of the key technique of urban engineering pipeline comprehensive planning&designing is the plane of urban engineering pipeline comprehensive design. Theoriginal design method focuses on qualitative analysis, design experience, this paperputs forward through the multi-objective programming method constructed roadcross-sectional comprehensive tube a optimal objective function, using the virtualtargets and linear weighted two methods to solve the operational research Lingo12.0software to work out the optimal combination. And through the numerical examplesvalidate the validity of the method.2.The vertical planning and design of pipeline integrated of urban road intersections is the key and difficult work of planning and design of city pipelineintegrated.On the basis of analysing the trouble of too many inflection points of pipelinein results of the traditional design method,the authors propose a new method named"Point-line" analysis method which can effectively reduce the number of pipelineinflection points of road intersections,shorten the design cycle and improve the verticaldesign efficiency of urban pipeline integrated.Meanwhile,by the aided design languagenamed "Visual Lisp",the authors design a program about checking the vertical intervalof intersection pipeline integrated.3. It is the main problem that how to choose the pipeline solution in the urbanunderground comprehensive pipeline trench. There are numerous pipelines can bebrought into comprehensive trench nowadays, determining the solution which pipelinesare into brought into comprehensive trench needs to take many factors such as economy,technology, safety, and daily maintenance management many factors into consideration.Through firstly sorting and secondly enumerating, then using DHGF(Delphi—Hierarchy—Grey—Fuzzy) method to evaluate into pipeline trench plan canquantitatively analysed the problem effectively and choose the best into pipeline trenchcombination solution.4. The design process of the coordinated management in urban engineeringpipeline comprehensive planning&designing is very important as it is linked todifferent professionals and different units, So this paper puts forward PERT(ProgramEvaluation and Review Technique) to optimize the model of the comprehensiveplanning and design pipeline the progress, and to strengthen the collaborative design, toimprove the design efficiency. |
