| The municipal engineering pipelines named as "City life line", just like the human body’s "nerve" and "blood vessels", pass the messages and energies to all corners of the city all the time, and support the existence and development of the city. With China’s rapid economic development and advancing urbanization, urban engineering pipelines have a very spectacular growth in recent years; meanwhile, due to development requirements for intensification, modernization, multifunctionalization of the city, pipelines with new functions are constantly emerging, and it shows the tendency of subdivided types of municipal engineering pipelines. Traditional pipeline design and management methods cannot meet new construction requirements, results much more and much complex problems in the planning design, construction, and late operation management of pipelines.This thesis carried out a systematic summary and analyze on pipelines synthesis process steps, a basic planning principle, the outcome of the work elements, along the time axis of urban pipeline engineering. And it analyzed the main existing problems on pipeline engineering works at the present stage, and proposed two optimization way: one is using computer for establishing "information shared platform", in order to achieve resources sharing, and to improve the city planning, construction and management; Second is optimization design, for establishing the data model of pipeline optimization design with the target of using the shortest path and minimum underground space, and for obtaining the best optimal solutions using Matlab.In the end of this thesis one industrial zone pipeline project is described as an example. In which the summarized pipeline planning processes have been used into actual project. And without reducing the elevation of pipelines, the vertical layout will be further optimized because of using optimal design solutions. |
