Design And Experiment Of Multi-parameter Fast Micro Biochemical Detector

Biochemical analyzer is a necessary detecting instrument in clinical laboratory. Itdetermines various biochemical indicators of the human body by testing blood or bodyfluids for doctors to diagnose a patient’s condition and provide a scientific basis. Inrecent years, it becomes an important direction for the micro-miniature biochemicalanalyzer to be portable, rapid detection, multi-parameter, low-cost, intelligent, andmicro-miniature.According to the demand on rapid detection of important life parameters for thesick and wounded in battle field or wild environment, a blueprint of multi-parameterfast-detect micro biochemical detector based on micro spectrometer is proposed. Themulti-parameter fast-detect micro bio-chemical detector can detect GRE, Cl-, Na+, Glu,Hb, Tco2, K+at one time using a single method, which need to be detected by severallarge biochemical analyzers using different methods. This paper mainly focuses on thedesign of structure and control system. The key technologies such as high accuracysample sweeping, high efficiency temperature constant sample room, high efficiencypower management have been broken through. The main parameters of instrument havebeen tested with the application software after each model’s function was proved, andall parameters are qualified with the design requirements. Compare to standardlaboratory clinic test, part of the life characteristic parameters are tested by themulti-parameter fast-detect micro bio-chemical detector, and the results prove that it isbasically qualified with the clinic test requirements. The design idea of multi-parameter fast microbiochemical detector based on micro spectrometer had been put forward.③Based on the analysis of the function requirements of multi-parameter fastmicro bio-chemical detector, a specific system structure was proposed; The integrated multi-function sample room system which includes sample sweeping model,temperature constant control model and magnetic stirring model was designed; Thepackage of the instrument was designed, and each part of the instrument was assembledproperly.④According to the requirements of signal detect and movement control, theembedded control system based on ARM9S3C2440core board which integrate powermanagement, online sample preprocess, sample sweeping, data acquisition, data storage,display, print and so on was designed.⑤Function modules of the instrument such as power management, temperaturecontrol, serial interface, magnetic stirring and sample sweeping had been tested, andeach of them works well; Main parameters of the instrument had been tested, and allresults are qualified with the design requirements; Compare to standard laboratory clinictest, part of the life characteristic parameters such as Hb, Glu and Na~+have been testedby our instruments, and the results are that RSD is less than6.63%, R~2is no less than0.973, which prove that the instrument is basically qualified with the clinic testrequirements.
