Architecture Design And Experiment Of Micro Biochemical Analyzer

The micromation of the analysis instrument is a significant orientation of the science instrument development. In many application fields, it is more necessary for analysis instruments to minimize the dimension than to improve the performance parameters, especially in field measurement, dynamic analysis, open environment, medical rescuing, aviation and so forth. Traditional analysis instruments have already not catered to the requests, as for real-time, field, convenient carrying, easy use, and the like.Based on the project of"practical research of micro biochemical analyzer"which is sponsored by National"863"Foundation, aim at the medically clinical diagnosis of examining blood and body fluid, this paper researches on the design of system structure and key technique of the minimized biochemical analyzer, and anticipate to manufacture the micro biochemical analyzer which can check continuous spectrum from 340nm to 770nm in a real-time and quick way. The primary coverage is listed as following:1. Based on analyzing and comparing the traditional biochemistry analyzer, put forward a system project which is based on the micro spectrometer and can check continuous spectrum.2. Research the light route of micro biochemical analyzer system, design and optimize the system structure of lamp-house, cell, optical system, sampling system and so on.3. In order to check in a continuous spectrum from 340nm to 770nm, lucubrate for the light source,light route and the way to process signal.4. Based on analyzing mass experimental data, research the optimized sampling system.5. In accordance with the cell request for constant temperature, a structure of constant-temperature cell–holder is developed.6. Based on debugging the biochemical instrument, test the capability parameter and do some clinic experiments in biochemistry instrument.
